He was formerly a director of the Capital Markets Group at Bankers Trust's private bank, marketing to high net worth individuals and other private banks and a vice president with Credit Suisse Financial Products.

Jan de Zeeuw has more than 20 years practical experience in developing and implementing successful businesses strategies in this sector. From Switzerland, he pioneered for a Dutch institution, a Pan-European private bank and investment management business and later commercially integrated 2 private banks. Ian Fuller specialises in Organisational Development and training issues. With 30 years experience in Private Banking involving both leading client teams and running large opreational units, he brings a strong business focus to his area of expertise. He was latterly Head of Training and Development for Coutts Group, embracing the Coutts' businesses worldwide,NatWest Private Banking, Royal Bank of Scotland Private Banking and NatWest Stockbrokers.
